International Dinner Served at the Memorial Union Commons The Michigan Tech International Club held its annual international night, "Spectrum of Cultures," Saturday.The events bringstogether students and scholars from around the world to celebrate the unique cultures that enrich the Michigan Tech campus and community.	Dinner and a Show!! The evening began with a dinner, featuring a “global platter,” in the Memorial Union Commons, followed by performances from a multitude of cultures and an international fashion show in the Rozsa Center. Main Course: Curry Chicken Malaysia Style, Mapo Tofu spicy Chinese dish, Peruvian sweet potatoes choice of spicy & extra spicy(!) , Samosas Indian style, Stuffed Cabbage Polish syle	Appetizers also! Bruschetta Italian style bread, Native American fry bread, Sweet potato balls in African style, Ongiri Japanese style rice balls. And Desserts! Mexican corn cake, Ukrainian Apple cake and Lemongrass green tea.
