October 7, 2011 - MTRI Poster Session

MTRI: Michigan Tech Research Institute (Ann Arbor) poster presentations were on display in the Atrium of the Dow Environmental Sciences and Engineering Building where numerous faculty and students had the chance to study them.

One important feature for students was the wealth of information about becoming engaged in research. Students and researchers currently involved in research projects were present with their posters to answer questions.

This group of photos shows the Remote Sensing of Bridge Condition Assessment to assess and monitor the condition of bridge infrastructure and improve the efficiency of inspection, repair, and rehabilitation efforts. Research project of Michigan Technological University's Michigan Tech Transportation Institute (MTTI) and Michigan Tech Research Institute of Ann Arbor (MTRI).
