Ride the Waves with GM on Michigan Tech's
Research Vessel Agassiz this summer!

Ride the Waves

Ride the Waves with GM invites Copper Country youth in Grades 4-12 to explore Lake Superior and adjacent waters aboard Michigan Tech’s research vessel, the Agassiz.  Explorations will be led by a member of Michigan Tech’s Great Lakes Research Center with expertise on the topic, assisted by undergraduate student mentors.  Each offering will accommodate 15 students/teachers, serving more than 600 explorers this summer.

FREE opportunities for Gr. 4-12 classes and youth groups June-Aug 2013. See specific dates below or contact us to make arrangements. There is flexibility in target grades-- just ask!

For summer school classes, educators, youth group leaders, and others who can bring groups of students to participate.

Reservations first come until the total number of offerings is filled (see last column).
