African Food Festival
The Chefs presented a superb meal	Served in McNair Hall
Among the menu items: Meat Briouates and a Chickpea Tangine, Yassa Au Poulet, Fried PLantains, Curry Fried Rice, Morroccan Couscous. In the entrance lobby there were spiced nuts and sweet minted ice tea.	It was fast service with 4 serving lines
